Menu 2017: October 1-28

I didn't do very well at getting September's menu out on time so I am working feverishly to get October's finished. Our first month of school is behind us and the kids are adjusting nicely. I am even starting to get into a groove.This fall has been and will continue to be busier than I prefer, but that's life. With that in mind, I am trying to pick slow cooker, instant pot, or quick and simple meals.

Look, I even prepped a printable/editable copy this time to help everyone (including me) save some time. :)
October 1-7
  • Pork salsa verde, black/pinto beans, and brown rice
  • Buffalo chicken pot pie
  • Texas Caviar Casserole
  • Tater tot casserole
  • Chicken and winter vegetable stew
October 8-14
  • Stuffed peppers
  • Cheeseburgers, roasted potatoes, and roasted green beans
  • Jambalaya
  • Lazy Day Casserole (smoked sausage, vegetables, and potatoes roasted on sheet pan)
  • White chicken chili
October 15-21
  • Honey Garlic Chicken, rice, and roasted veggies
  • Tacos
  • Omelets and American fries
  • Cowboy skillet
  • Pizza and side salad
  • Baked potato soup and jalapeno cheddar bread
October 22-28
  • Chipotle Vegetable chili and cornbread
  • Biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs
  • Grilled ham and cheese with tomato soup
  • Red beans and rice
  • Turkey breast, garlic herb potatoes, and steamed green beans
